Three stories. One truth. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Three real client stories — Diana, Calvin, and Gina — and what they all discovered about navigating ethical non-monogamy without going it alone.

Over the past several weeks I shared three stories with you.
Diana — who arrived believing she needed to save her relationship. What she was really there to do was discover herself.
Calvin — who was so terrified of losing the man he loved that he couldn’t sleep. He is now engaged to that man.
Gina — who had been healing her whole life. At 65, she finally found the piece that decades of therapy and workshops had never reached.
Three different people. Three different starting points. Three completely different outcomes.
Despite their vastly different circumstances, every single one of them did the same thing: they stopped trying to figure it out alone.
They raised their hand. They showed up. They committed to the work.
That’s it. That’s the whole thing.
I know that sounds simple. It is not easy. There is a version of you right now who is exhausted, a little desperate, maybe quietly searching. Reading things like this at odd hours, wondering if what you want is actually possible for someone like you.
I see that person. I was that person. And I want to tell you what Diana and Calvin and Gina all discovered: the path through is shorter than you think, when you stop walking it alone.
In ethical non-monogamy, we talk a lot about communication and agreements. But the most important work is the inner work — the jealousy you don’t know what to do with, the fear that lives underneath the love, the parts of yourself you haven’t yet made peace with.
That’s what my clients work on. And it changes everything.
Not just the relationship. The person.
If you’re ready to stop figuring this out alone, I’d love to have that conversation. A free Breakthrough Session is exactly what it sounds like — an honest conversation, no pressure, no pitch. Just a chance to look clearly at where you are and what might actually be possible.
The transformation for Diana, Calvin, and Gina began with one decision. One call. One moment of choosing themselves.
You’re allowed to make that choice too.
