Breakups are hard. Even when we know a relationship has come to an end, we are often left carrying pieces of who we were within that connection. We’re not just grieving the romance with that person, we’re grieving the routines, the dreams, the hopes, and sometimes the version of ourselves we became while loving them.
In this 5-minute guided meditation, you’ll be invited into a simple visualization designed to help you release the identity you’ve been carrying from a past relationship. Through imagery, breath, and reflection, you’ll be encouraged to let go of what no longer belongs in this chapter of your life and reconnect with the person who remains beneath it all.
This meditation is about honoring what was, acknowledging what has ended, and giving yourself permission to step forward with compassion for the person you are today.
When the meditation is complete, I invite you to spend a few moments with the reflection prompts below. Allow yourself to write honestly and without judgment. Healing doesn’t require perfection. It simply asks us to be present with ourselves, one moment at a time.
With Love,
